Chris’s comic adventure has been nothing short of a whirlwind! Fresh from the vibrant halls of Monopoly Liverpool Comic Con, Chris dove straight into Central Saint Martins’ Comic, bringing his creative energy to the heart of London.
Setting up his table in the street, he transformed the space into a bustling hub of storytelling and artistry, where eager visitors gathered to browse and snag copies of his books. The atmosphere was electric—laughter, chatter, and the unmistakable hum of passionate comic enthusiasts filled the air.

Later in the day, the legendary Posy Simmonds graced the event with her presence, delivering an inspiring talk hosted by Paul Gravett. She took the audience on a journey through her incredible career, sharing insights, anecdotes, and a glimpse into the magic behind her iconic work.
Day two of Comicon at the UAL Doctoral Centre in High Holborn brought yet another thrilling opportunity. This time, students stepped into the spotlight, pitching their creative ideas directly to publishers—a moment filled with potential, ambition, and the excitement of seeing fresh talent take flight. Chris also gave a talk at the end of the day. A big thanks for Tessa Amorosi for organising such an amazing event.

Friday brought yet another exciting creative gathering for Chris, as he showcased his work at the UAL Intercultural Zine Fair in Peckham Levels. This vibrant event was a melting pot of artistic talent, with creators from diverse backgrounds coming together to share their work and celebrate independent publishing.
Amid the buzz of creativity, Chris had the pleasure of crossing paths with fellow Scouse cartoonist Francis Todd—a meeting that no doubt sparked plenty of artistic conversation. Big plaudits to Adam Ramejkis and Annie Loebig for setting everything up.
