The date for the second print of Anfield Road beckons. It will be between the 21st and 24th February. The shops will be full of them after this. If you fancy a copy check out the options here.
On the afternoon of the 23rd of February the Rock n Roll Book will will host an art special with Chris Shepherd, Joe Tucker and Mark Hart. Kick off is at 2pm.
Chris will be talking about his debut graphic novel. Anfield Road by Chris Shepherd is a graphic novel that explores the coming of age story of a young man in 1980’s Liverpool, capturing the essence of family, love, and the desire to escape. It intertwines personal growth with the rich, tumultuous backdrop of the city, reflecting on themes of ambition, class, and identity.

Chris and Mark Hart will be in conversation with Joe Tucker about his new book. The Secret Painter. A memoir detailing the hidden artistic talents of his uncle Eric, a working-class man from Warrington. It explores theme of class, ambition, and the transformative power of art discovered posthumously.

There’s also DJ music with legendary Steve Proctor and It’s Her Factory.
